Fix-A-Pet is a low cost Spay/Neuter and Vaccination Clinic. However, other services are available. Vaccinations, fecal exams for intestinal parasites, canine heartworm testing, feline leukemia and lenti virus testing, and microchipping are also available.

Fix-A-Pet carries Interceptor Heartworm Preventative as well as Advantage Flea Preventative and Frontline Flea and Tick Preventative. Heartworm Preventative may only be purchased if a heartworm test is either performed at Fix-A-Pet the day of purchase or if the client has written proof that the dog has been tested during the previous twelve months.

The Humane Society of the Tennessee Valley and Fix-A-Pet know that all dogs and cats should see a regular veterinarian at least once a year (and more often, if needed). We will supply clients with a list of veterinarians who support Fix-A-Pet so that the client and his or her pet(s) may establish a working relationship with a regular veterinarian.

We accept cash, checks, Visa or Mastercard. However, PLEASE NOTE, we cannot accept cash bills larger than $20.

The Fix-A-Pet Clinic strongly suggests that cats of any age be tested for Feline Leukemia/Lenti Virus prior to surgery. Should a cat be infected with either of these viruses, he or she may be compromised during surgery.
